Bibliographies

The bibliography of the major Acts until the early 1990s is compiled in the collections of early Christian apocrypha by Elliott and Schneemecher. Elliott's revised reprint partly covers the 1990s, whereas Schneemelcher's second volume contains much information on the later Acts. The volumes of the Studies on Early Christian Apocrypha series provide another excellent starting point.
